In today's sales world, it is crucial to identify high-quality leads quickly and efficiently in order to deploy resources in a targeted manner and increase the likelihood of closing deals. However, manual lead evaluations are time-consuming, error-prone, and often inefficient. At the same time, the quality of contacts must not suffer when processes are automated. The challenge was to minimize the exclusion rate of high-quality leads while significantly increasing the efficiency of the sales process.

Solution

To meet these requirements, we have a AI-powered lead qualification solution developed. The tool automatically evaluates and filters leads based on predefined criteria and imports the relevant contacts into the CRM system for further processing.

Technical implementation:

  • Automated lead evaluation: A large language model (LLM) evaluates leads that come from LinkedIn exports (often with over 100 contacts).
  • Integration of modern technologies: The solution combines Microsoft Semantic Kernel with GPT-4to carry out a precise analysis of leads.
  • Criteria-based filtering: Leads are systematically evaluated based on parameters such as industry, company size, and the role and position of the contact person.
  • batch processing: Leads are processed in small groups, which enables efficient and scalable analysis.

To optimize AI-based filtering, an iterative development approach was chosen, which included the following measures:

  • Unit tests to validate filter logic
  • Development of a complex prompt flow for precise AI control
  • Fine adjustment of parameters and system prompts to balance quality and efficiency
